The Dream Toys list is compiled and published each year by the Toy Retailers Association (TRA), which aims to provide an official prediction of what will become the best selling toys over Christmas. The TRA’s 2009 Dream Toys list comprises only those products that are priced under £50.00, so customers are faced with affordable options at a time when they are still feeling the effects of the recession. The list is especially useful for parents (and other family members) who want to buy the most fashionable and entertaining toys for children but want to keep costs down.
